We worship Jesus. Our church gathers around Jesus' throne with reverence and awe. Our services are Scriptural, faithful to the long history of Christian worship, and full of goodness and beauty.
-
We love Holy Scripture. Sermons and Bible studies teach entire books of the Bible, verse by verse. Expect Psalm-singing and Scriptural prayers. Here, the Bible is preached, prayed, sung, and "eaten."
-
We cherish the Christian family. You see even our smallest children in our worship services. There is no systematic age segregation. And we encourage our families to have daily devotions.
-
We value covenant fellowship. Besides weekly communion, we eat a meal together each Sunday. And hospitality is important to us.
-
We serve our neighborhood. All are welcome, but, our neighbors most of all. This location is suited for a full-orbed ministry. A small radius around our church includes the upper, middle and lower class neighborhoods, schools, a university, and downtown.
-
We are presbyterian (Presbyterian Church in America). This defines our government and our theology. It does not limit our fellowship.
